The website for the Staedelschule employs different geometric possibilities- using various color ranges as the formal basis for individual information about the institution. As a pragmatic side-effect, the graphic elements structure the information horizontally for navigation and  vertical with columns. The gradient objects refer to the "Verlaufsgedichten"  (Verlauf poems) of the graphic artist Wolfgang Schmidt, who created these in Frankfurt in the early 70´s. http://www.staedelschule.de/
